(More customer reviews)This is a very attractive bird bath. The blue high gloss painted interior has a cute frog ornament and a raised textured base. When full, the water level is no more than 1.5 inches and it seems to keep cool even in the Florida sun. It is very solid and has a good flat bottom. I have 2 - one is hanging from a tree branch and the other is sitting atop a pedestal. The hanging wire chain is very easy to remove - its just 3 hooks in 3 holes around the rim of the bath. The birds like to drink and splash around in them and the terracota exterior fits well in the yard. Cleaning the bird bath is easy due to the high gloss interior - the birds do leave droppings in the bath and sediment can collect even in one day. I refresh the water almost every day after I have rinsed it out - it's a breeze to clean with the glazed finish.
