(More customer reviews)This item arrived quickly, and I was quite surprised when I opened it up to find it was PLASTIC! I had seen the reviews for the baffle with the pole, and after seeing the video, I bought just the baffle, as I thought I would place it much higher than what they suggested. I placed it at 6 feet (the top). It took awhile to attach. There are 3 springs, which are fairly small (probably 0.5 cm wide), which if a rambunctious squirrel came, the springs would not last. I have had it up approx. 3 months, and have not seen a squirrel on the pole. The doves like to try and sit on it, so I am sure I will have to replace the springs by fall. I am not sure how long this will last, as plastic does not like the sun. I am not sure I would buy this again. If it lasts 2 years, I will be happy. I just wish it was made of metal and had sturdier springs.
