(More customer reviews)You and your birds will be very happy when you put this feed out for the birds. It has a nice aroma and lots of healthy ingredients for the birds. I would categorize this feed as the healthy gourmet choice. The birds go crazy for this mix. I have to put extra feed on the ground for the larger birds and the other smaller birds. They all cannot feed from the feeder! I looked outside and witnessed a bird convention. A chicken evern visits periodically and chows down! I live in the NY suburbs so I can assure you that there shouldn't be any chickens wandering around. It's always a pleasure to watch the chicken eat. I've seen blue jays, cardinals, sparrows, turtle doves, red bellied woodpeckers, crows, and some species I couldn't identify. They all eat peacefully as long as I am generous with the feed. You will enjoy the "bird convention" that will convene in your backyard. Have fun!

(More customer reviews)This pole is hard to assemble. The pieces don't fit together very well. You have to use a rubber mallet and have some patience. However, once the thing was put together, you just jab it into the ground. I would reccommend a wooden bird feeder for easiest installation. Just put in a couple of wood screws and you're done.

(More customer reviews)This is a fine product. It is easy to fill and the hummingbirds seem to like it. My feeder was missing the metal cap when it came so I contacted Parasol. They were very polite and promptly sent the missing item. Most importantly, this product is designed so that it does not drip like many hummingbird feeders do. The only thing that keeps it from five stars is the finish. It is made from recycled glass which is nice but there are rather a lot of glass defects. This is fine if you are going for a rustic look but I'd prefer a smoother finish.

It is easy to slide the top up to clean and its ceramic intereior and exterior will hold up for years with reasonable care. Since it is ceramic it can break if dropped or mistreated but I love it so much I am going to get several more for my second home. Also the price for the terra cotta colored unit is 1/4 that of the same birdhouses in white, blue or green. What a great deal!

A birdbath this size and weight should have been priced more around $30, not the $70 + $21 shipping! Description says 14 pounds, more like 7 pounds. It is made in the USA, so hoping this means it'll have a good warranty if it starts falling apart at this price! Product description says it "is strong and weather-resistant... does not absorb moisture....makes (it) well-suited for outdoor use all year round". We'll see.

I bought one at a local hardware store, returned it thinking it was a fluke, got another, and returned that one after it leaked down the side of my house too. I wound up buying the Droll Yankee, which so far so good no leaking. The one plus with this feeder was that it did attract hummingbirds. We saw at least three different birds within a week of hanging it late in May in No Va, which is supposedly a bit late to put out a new feeder. If they could fix the leaking, I'd have kept it!

I SPENT AN HOUR TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO "UNBEATABLE SALES" TO FIND OUT IF I HAD RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR IF THE INFO ON AMAZON WAS WRONG. AFTER SITTING ON HOLD FOR TEN MINUTES, I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE THAT REALLY COULDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING SO I DECIDED TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND. THE RETURN PROCESS IS A REAL HASSLE, AND OF COURSE I NOW HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE POSTAL CENTER. NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.
Now, almost one month later, after returning the item for credit using their return number assigned to me, I still have not received a credit. I called today 11-12, and was told that Amazon had to apply the credit. However, the info had to come from Unbeatable Sales for Amazon to give me credit. I have called Amazon and the credit is being issued today. To add insult to injury, this company will not refund my shipping cost of $12.26, even though they messed up the order. I was told that if I rescinded this bad review, they WOULD refund shipping. Buyer Beware!!

(More customer reviews)I thought this was a beautiful feeder & purchased it thinking I would add hummingbird seed for my gorgeous hummers to eat along with their nectar. That was before I learned that hummingbirds do not eat seed. They eat tiny bugs & spiders and feed on nectar only. I don't understand how a seed feeder can be sold that is only usable for larger birds and maybe a candle lantern. I will keep it for one of these purposes, but don't recommend this if you really want to attract hummingbirds.

Squirrel Stopper Liberty Universal Squirrel Stopper Baffle Review

(More customer reviews)This item arrived quickly, and I was quite surprised when I opened it up to find it was PLASTIC! I had seen the reviews for the baffle with the pole, and after seeing the video, I bought just the baffle, as I thought I would place it much higher than what they suggested. I placed it at 6 feet (the top). It took awhile to attach. There are 3 springs, which are fairly small (probably 0.5 cm wide), which if a rambunctious squirrel came, the springs would not last. I have had it up approx. 3 months, and have not seen a squirrel on the pole. The doves like to try and sit on it, so I am sure I will have to replace the springs by fall. I am not sure how long this will last, as plastic does not like the sun. I am not sure I would buy this again. If it lasts 2 years, I will be happy. I just wish it was made of metal and had sturdier springs.
